This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Tigervue AR Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates (“Tigervue,” “we,” “us,” or “Company”) collect, store, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit or use our Virtual Clothes & Bags Try-On Demonstration on the Tigervue AR website and related services (the “Website”).
1. ACCEPTANCE & CHANGES
- Acceptance. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to this Policy in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
- Updates. We may amend this Policy (for example, to reflect India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). We will notify you by email or via an in-Website notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
2. DATA WE COLLECT
Only with your explicit consent, we collect:
- Visual Data
- Videos or photos of your body and “mask” overlays (clothes, bags).
- We automatically pseudonymize or blur faces on upload.
- Device & Technical Data
- Device model, OS/version, browser User-Agent/UACH header.
- IP address & routing information.
- Session timestamps, feature usage, error logs, FPS, performance metrics.
- Location & Affinity
- Country/region based on IP.
- On-site interactions and preferences.
- Cookies & Similar
- To remember settings, enable secure sessions, and perform analytics (e.g., via Amplitude).
We do not collect your name, email, gender, age, or other sensitive personal data unless you later choose to provide it (and we will update this Policy first).
3. YOUR CONSENT
By clicking “Accept” or by using the Website:
- You consent to collection, processing, and storage of the above Data.
- You understand we will not disclose your Data to unrelated third parties, except as described below or as required by law.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your Data to:
- Operate & Improve the Demo—deliver try-on functionality, enhance neural-network models, fix bugs.
b. Customize & Personalize your experience—recommend products, remember choices.
c. Communicate—send technical notices, reminders, and support messages.
d. Analytics & R&D—analyze usage patterns, train ML models, optimize performance.
e. Compliance & Security—detect fraud, enforce Terms of Use, comply with legal obligations.
5.PROCESSING PRINCIPLES
We process your Personal Data:
- Lawfully & Transparently under India’s DPDP Act 2023 (and GDPR where applicable).
- Only for stated purposes and no further processing incompatible with those purposes.
- Data minimization—collect only what’s necessary.
- Accuracy—you may correct your Data at any time.
- Storage limitation—retain only as long as needed (see Section 7).
- Security—use appropriate technical and organizational measures.
6. SHARING & STORAGE
- Storage: AWS data centers in Mumbai and Northern Virginia (via secure, encrypted channels).
- Processors: We share Data only with Tigervue-authorized service providers (e.g., Amplitude for analytics), bound by contract to our Privacy standards.
- Legal Disclosures: We may disclose Data to government or law-enforcement under valid legal process (e.g., subpoena).
Cross-Border Transfers: Data may flow outside India. We will implement Standard Contractual Clauses or obtain your explicit consent as required by DPDP Act.
7. RETENTION & SECURITY
- Retention:
- Visual & Interaction Data: up to 1 year, then anonymized or deleted.
- Technical & Analytics Data: up to 2 years, then aggregated or purged.
- Support Records: up to 3 years or as legally required.
- Security Measures:
- Pseudonymization, encryption at rest and in transit
- Access controls, regular vulnerability scans, incident response plan
8. YOUR RIGHTS
Under DPDP Act 2023 (and GDPR for EEA residents), you may:
- Access & Portability: Request a copy of your Personal Data in structured form.
- Correction: Rectify inaccurate or incomplete Data.
- Erasure (“Right to be Forgotten”): Delete Data, subject to legal exceptions.
- Restriction: Suspend processing where accuracy is contested or lawful basis is challenged.
- Objection: Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
- Withdraw Consent: For consent-based processing, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Submit requests to: privacy@tigervue.ar. We’ll respond within 30 days (up to 90 days if necessary).
9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Website is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Data from minors. If you learn we have, please contact us; we will promptly delete that Data.
