This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Tigervue AR Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates (together, “Tigervue,” “we,” “us” or “Company”) collect, store, use, and disclose information from users (“you” or “User”) of our Tigervue AR Web Demo mobile website for virtual sneakers try-on and related services (the “Website”).

This Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Tigervue AR Web Demo Terms of Use. Defined terms in the Terms of Use have the same meaning here.

1. Acceptance & Changes

1.1. Acceptance. By accessing or using the Website you accept this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1.2. Updates. We may modify this Policy from time to time to comply with Indian laws (including the Information Technology Act 2000, SPDI Rules 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) or international standards. We will notify you via the Website or by email of material changes. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance.

2. Personal Data & Information We Collect

We do not collect any videos or photos of your try-on session beyond what is necessary for the AR operation (see Section 6 below).

When you access or use the Website, we may collect:

  • Location: country/region (via IP geo‐lookup).
  • Usage metrics: pages viewed, session duration, errors encountered.
  • Device info: device model, browser, operating system & version, user agent string.
  • Sessions: start/end timestamps, FPS, event logs.
  • IP address (for security & geo‐location).

We never collect names, email addresses, age, gender, payment details, or other identifying information—unless you explicitly provide them through another Tigervue service under a separate Privacy Policy.

3. Your Consent

By using the Website you consent to:

  • Our collection, storage, and processing of Data as described here, for the purposes in Section 4.
  • Disclosure to third-party service providers (e.g., analytics vendors) strictly to operate or improve the Website.

You may withdraw consent by ceasing to use the Website.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use collected Data to:

  1. Operate & improve the Website (analytics, error‐tracking, performance).
    b. Develop new features, AR models, and UX enhancements.
    c. Monitor trends, usage patterns, and detect fraud or abuse.
    d. Comply with legal obligations under Indian law and respond to lawful requests.

We do not use your Data for marketing or share it with advertisers.

5. Legal Basis & Indian Compliance

Under India’s Information Technology Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011, plus the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, we:

  • Process Data only for specified purposes ever communicated in this Policy.
  • Retain Data only as long as necessary for those purposes (typically no more than 2 years).
  • Implement reasonable security practices under Rule 3 of SPDI Rules.
  • Provide you rights of access, correction, portability, erasure under Chapter II of the DPDP Act.

6. Technical Data & Third-Party Services

To provide and enhance AR try-on we integrate:

  • Amplitude (behavioral analytics).
  • Google Analytics (limited, anonymized).
  • CDN / Hosting (AWS Mumbai region).

All third parties are contractually bound to process Data only per this Policy and Indian regulations.

7. Data Storage, Security & Retention

  • Storage: AWS servers in India (Mumbai) and, where necessary, the USA under EU-US & India-US data-transfer mechanisms.
  • Security: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest; access controls; regular vulnerability assessments.
  • Retention: Data is deleted once no longer needed—normally within 24 months of collection, unless lawrequires longer (e.g., fraud investigations).

8. Your Rights under Indian Law

You may, at any time, exercise the following rights by writing to hi@tigervue.ar:

  1. Access your Personal Data.
  2. Rectify any inaccuracies.
  3. Erase Data no longer necessary or if consent withdrawn.
  4. Port your Personal Data in a machine-readable form.
  5. Restrict processing where accuracy contested.
  6. Complain to the Indian Data Protection Authority (once established) or your local authority.

We will respond within 30 days, extendable by 60 days for complex requests.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Website is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect or retain Data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided Data, please contact us, and we will delete it promptly.

10. Legal Requests & Disclosures

We may disclose your Data to:

  • Law enforcement or courts in India pursuant to a valid order.
  • Regulatory authorities for compliance investigations.
  • Our affiliates and professional advisors under confidentiality obligations.

11. International Transfers

Where Data is transferred outside India (e.g., AWS USA), we rely on:

  • India-US Standard Contractual Clauses;
  • EU-US Data Privacy Framework;
  • Ensuring recipient applies equal protection.

12. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies for session management.
  • Performance cookies (e.g., Amplitude) to optimize UX.

You can disable cookies in your browser—though some Website features may break.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. We will post the new date at the top and notify users where appropriate. Continued use implies acceptance.
