These Terms of Use (this “Agreement” or “Terms of Use”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”) and Tigervue Inc. and its affiliates (“Company”, “we” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Tigervue AR website (the “Website”), including all related content, features, materials, applications, and services. A separate Privacy Policy governs our handling of personal data.
1.ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, accessing, or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE WEBSITE.
We may modify this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting notice on the Website or by requesting your acceptance of the revised Agreement. Your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may also present supplemental terms for specific features or components; those supplemental terms are incorporated by reference. In case of conflict, the supplemental terms govern to the extent of the conflict.
2. LIMITED LICENSE
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a personal, worldwide, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website solely for your personal, non‑commercial purposes.

No registration is required. You may use the Website only for lawful, authorized purposes. You agree not to:
- Infringe any third‑party rights (intellectual property, privacy, publicity).

- Upload or distribute illegal, obscene, harassing, or hateful content.
- Disrupt or interfere with the Website’s operation.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access source code or underlying systems.
4. PRIVACY & AGE RESTRICTIONS
The Website is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. In India, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act applies; if you believe a minor has provided data, contact hi@tigervue.com to request deletion.
5. EXPORT CONTROL
Our software and services may be subject to Indian export regulations under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act and related rules. You represent that you are not located in any country subject to Indian government embargo and are not a prohibited end‑user. You agree to comply with all applicable Indian and foreign export laws and regulations.

You shall not probe or test the vulnerability of the Website, or attempt to breach its security or authentication measures.

The Website may integrate or link to third‑party content or services. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We do not endorse, warrant, or assume liability for any third‑party offerings.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON‑INFRINGEMENT. YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER THE COMPANY NOR ITS AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED INR 7,500 OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE, WHICHEVER IS LOWER.

You are responsible for providing all equipment, software, data plans, and network connections necessary to access the Website and for any fees associated with them.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason. Sections 2, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 17, and 18 survive termination.
15. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale.
16. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
17. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Agreement remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
