This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Tigervue Inc. and its affiliates (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) collect, store, use, and disclose information from our users (“you”) in connection with the browser-based Virtual Try-On, 3D Viewer, and related augmented-reality services on the Tigervue website (collectively, the “Website”).
1. ACCEPTANCE AND CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use. By using the Website, you accept both the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy. In some cases, we may require explicit acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email, by posting notice on the Website, or by asking you to accept the updated Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of the revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Defined terms in this Privacy Policy carry the same meaning as in our Terms of Use.
2. PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Subject to your explicit consent, we may collect videos or photos captured via the Website (with or without AR overlays). We anonymize data to remove identifiable faces before processing and storage.
When you access or use the Website, we may collect:
- Location Information: Country or region.
- User Preferences: Interactions and affinities within the Website.
- Device Data: Device type, operating system and version, language, browser user agent, UACH headers.
- Usage Sessions: Completed sessions across operating systems.
- IP Addresses & Routing Data
- Body & Biometric Information: Non-identifying scans of head, neck, arms, legs, and facial geometry used solely for AR alignment.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: Usage statistics, feature preferences, and performance logs (including through analytics providers such as Amplitude).
We do not collect your name, email address, gender, or age unless you provide them voluntarily in the future, in which case we will update this Privacy Policy as required. We never collect sensitive personal data beyond the categories above. “Personal Data” here refers to information that identifies or can reasonably identify you.
3. YOUR CONSENT
By using the Website, you explicitly consent that:
- We may store and process your Data (including biometric information) to provide and improve our AR and 3D services.
- We will not disclose your Data to unaffiliated third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (e.g., technical or analytics providers) or as required by law, unless we obtain your explicit consent.
4.HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We use collected Data to operate and enhance the Website. In particular, we may use your Data to:
- Analyze, maintain, and improve Website functionality and train our AR/3D models (e.g., Virtual Try-On for watches, jewelry, eyewear, apparel, bags, furniture).

6. HOW WE STORE AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
All Personal Data is stored and processed on Amazon Web Services servers in the Northern Virginia, USA region.
We share your Data only as follows:
- Analytics Providers: e.g., Amplitude, to analyze Website usage and improve features.
- Service Integrations: Technical partners facilitating AR and 3D rendering, subject to GDPR and other relevant frameworks.
- Legal Requests: To comply with court orders or to protect the security of the Website.
If you choose to share content (e.g., AR snapshots) via third-party services (email, social media), those services’ privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party practices or content.
7. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
If you stop using the Website, we may retain your Data for up to two years to support product improvements and legal compliance.
We employ security measures including:
- Pseudonymization and tokenization of sensitive data.
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Regular vulnerability scanning and penetration testing.
- Integrity controls and access restrictions.
No system is infallible; in the event of a breach, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities within the timeframe required by law.

Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) have additional rights under the GDPR, including lodging a complaint with supervisory authorities. We will respond to valid requests within 30 days (or up to 90 days for complex cases).
9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Website is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from minors. If you believe we have received such data, please contact us at privacy@tigervue.com so we can delete it.
